Notes: Eko is still fighting a neurological condition caused by an untreated herpes infection in her eye that spread to her brain. The veterinarian has advised that time is needed to determine whether this condition will be permanent or if she will make a full recovery. Aside from this issue, Eko is in perfect health.

Rescue Story :
Meet Eko & Kai – two brave blind siblings, a female and male, who were found hiding behind a car on the street, desperately calling for help. Both were severely dehydrated, anemic, and unable to see. Despite their rough start, they are both recovering beautifully under the care of our vets. Eko and Kai are getting stronger every day, and though they still have a little way to go, they are expected to be ready for adoption in a few months.
These two sweet souls are looking for a forever home where they can be loved and cared for, despite their blindness. They have a special bond and will thrive in a family that can offer them the patience, understanding, and affection they deserve. With time, they will become the loving companions you’ve been waiting for!
